Greenhouse Therapies and parent educator Beth Kim are teaming up to offer weekly support for parents of neurodiverse & highly sensitive kids. Beginning March 7, 2025, join Beth and other parents for self care in community: mindfulness, stress relief, and connection over our shared experiences as hardworking caregivers. Beth is a mom, certified peer counselor, and educator with 15 years of experience - and her work as a mindfulness coach has been a game-changer for many Olympia-area parents.*
This six-week session will be held at Greenhouse each Friday from 1-2:30, empowering parents to go into the weekend grounded and mindful. Please join us to build more connection and peace!
$20 per gathering, and please come - no one turned away for lack of funds. Scroll down to register (or call/text the main Greenhouse number at (360) 584-5581.)
Hope to see you there March 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, + April 11th & 18th.

* "In the decade I've been parenting, I've worked with various parent-support professionals, and Beth is truly top notch. Her neurodiversity-affirming approach, deep compassion, lived experience (both as a ND child and as a parent of ND children), and creative problem solving empower parents to create real, lasting change. With wisdom and warmth, she starts at the root - supporting parents so they can support their children. Most of the parenting support I've received in the past is focused on what we can do better for our children, which creates a cycle of continuing to hold myself to a higher and higher parenting standard, while still trying to pour from an almost empty cup. Beth's work is different. I, myself, as the parent get nurtured and replenished through her groups - which recharges our whole family system. The shifts are both sustainable and deeply meaningful. If you're looking for someone who truly gets it, Beth is the guide you need." -real-life Olympia parent of two
