Kassey Baker

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate focusing in childhood development, neurodivergence, ADHD (late diagnosed) and intergenerational family trauma. I work with children, teens, and adults in individual, couple, and family therapy.

I have worked with children and their families for more than 15 years. In my work with children and adults, I support the unique strengths and capacities of each person that I work with utilizing a combination of approaches ranging from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Attachment Theory, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Neuroscience, nature based practices, and Family Systems Theory. My goal is to help my clients understand their particular gifts while facilitating the development of new skills, perspectives, and capacities that will help each person to share those gifts with their families, their peers, and the world.

My practice is distinctively collaborative, heart-centered, and creative. I am a good fit for neurodivergent children and their families, those seeking support through life transitions (such as welcoming a baby, second half of life decisions, empty nesters), those who have received an adult diagnosis of ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), and couples who are seeking to experience greater intimacy and joy in their relationships.

I graduated from Saint Martin's University with a Master of Arts in Counseling in 2022, and am the owner and director of Seedlings, an outdoor summer camp that has just celebrated its 17th year.
