Brittany Sanchez-Reed, LSWAIC, MSW

In our work together, my goal is to deconstruct narratives about what you are 'supposed' to be and instead, help you love who you are right now. I am here to support you in building the confidence to trust yourself and find meaningful, authentic ways to move through life with purpose and self-acceptance. As a therapist, I believe in the power of collaboration. I want us to discover what works best for you together, as you navigate what you need to be your most authentic self - both individually and in relationship with others.

I am a trauma-informed, relational therapist who views their work with folx through a LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming, feminist, and anti-racist lens. I am a queer, non-binary identified therapist. I come to this work with genuine curiosity and desire to hold space for your healing and growth.  My aim is to help LGBTQIA+ folx, and others who have been marginalized by society, feel empowered to show up authentically and heal from past traumas. My style is warm, compassionate, and includes a healthy dose of humor. When I am not at work I love cooking for my loved ones, exploring new food, and being in nature.

Therapy is your space to explore and unpack, and it is important to do that with someone you feel comfortable with. If you would like to learn more about what working together could look like, please reach out to schedule a free consultation. I would be happy to meet you.
